It has two cartridges, each of which has the same structure and use as the ordinary injection molding cartridge.Each feed barrel has its own passage communicated with the nozzle, and an opening and closing valve 2,4 is also arranged in the nozzle passage.During molding, after the molten material is plasticized in the cylinder, the opening and closing valves 2 and 4 control the sequence of molten material entering the nozzle and the proportion of discharging material, and then inject it into the mold cavity at the nozzle.Can get all sorts of mix the plastic product with different color effect.
