Punching mould classification 2
According to the degree of process combination, the punching mould can be classified as follows
A. Single process die in a stroke of the press, only one stamping process die is completed.
B. Compound die has only one working position. In one stroke of the press, two or more stamping process molds are completed at the same working position at the same time.
C. Progressive die (also known as continuous die) has two or more working positions in the direction of blank feeding. In the first stroke of the press, two or more stamping process molds are successively completed at different working positions.
D. Transfer mold integrates the characteristics of single process mold and progressive mold, and USES the mechanical hand transfer system to realize the rapid transfer of products within the mold, which can greatly improve the production efficiency of products, reduce the production cost of products, save the cost of materials, and ensure stable and reliable quality.
