Design process of die casting mould
- Analyze the process of the product according to the types of materials used, the shape and precision of the product and other indicators, and work out the process.
- Determine the position of the product in the mold cavity, and analyze and design the parting surface, discharge system and casting system.
- Design the assembly mode and fixed mode of each active core.
- Design of core pulling distance and force.
- Design of ejection mechanism.
- Confirm die casting machine, and design mold frame and cooling system.
- Check relevant dimensions of molds and die-casting machines, and draw process drawings of molds and various parts.
- Completion of design
