Die Casting Mould is a tool for casting metal parts, a tool for completing die-casting process on a dedicated die-casting die forging machine.The basic process of die casting is as follows: the metal liquid is first filled into the mold cavity of low-speed or high-speed casting, and the mold has an active cavity surface. It is forged under pressure along with the cooling process of the metal liquid, which can not only eliminate the shrinkage cavity and porosity defects of the blank, but also make the internal structure of the blank reach the forged broken grain.The comprehensive mechanical properties of the blank have been improved remarkably.
