For smooth products, it is best to draw a vacuum when applying the first layer of glue, and the vacuum degree shall be maintained for 7-8 seconds when -0.1mpa.
Silica gel should be timely mold.Pour the glue solution onto the highest part of the mold by trickling, let it flow naturally, and use oil painting brush to reach the place where the flow is not in place. If it is a piece of mold silicone, not only fill the whole product, but also brush evenly on the cement.Each product should be brushed with at least three layers of silica gel. The thickness of each layer is 1mm. In the process of brushing silica gel, each layer should be cured before another layer can be brushed.The thickness of the silicone part of the whole mold should be controlled within 3-4mm and the width should not be greater than 60mm according to the size of the product.The initial setting time of silica gel was 20 minutes.
