Extrusion mould classification
According to the mold structure of extrusion mould can be divided into four classification,Integral mould, disassembly mould, combination mould and special mould.
Here are theiy main uses:
Integral mould,the mold is made from a piece of steel.Widely used for extruding aluminum alloy type, bar and tube.
Disassembly mould,by several pieces assembled into a whole mold.Used for variable section profiles in the production stage.The mold is made up of two parts, the big head and the small head.And these two parts are respectively assembled from many pieces.
Combination mould,it is used to produce hollow profiles with smaller inner diameter and various shapes.
Special mould,such as water – cooled mold, expansion mould, and so on.
