2, processing enterprises should be in the injection molding machine, mold under normal operation, all kinds of mold test performance, and the final shape of parts size measured, through which information can determine the existing state of mould, find out the cavity, core, cooling system and parting surface damage, according to the information provided by the plastic, can judge the mold damage status and maintenance measures.

3, to track: focus on several important parts mould ejection, guiding role is to ensure that the mold opening and closing movement and plastic ejection, if any of these parts stuck due to injury, will lead to production, so often should keep the mould thimble, guide post lubrication (should choose the most suitable lubricant), and regularly check whether thimble, guide pin, etc the distortion and surface damage, once found, will change in time;After the completion of a production cycle, to mold working surface, movement, guide parts coated with professional anti-rust oil, especially should pay attention to the gear, rack die bearing parts and spring die elastic strength protection, to ensure that it is always in the best working state;As the production time goes on, the cooling passage is prone to deposit scale, rust, silt and algae, etc., which reduces the section of the cooling passage and Narrows the cooling passage, greatly reducing the heat exchange rate between the cooling liquid and the mold and increasing the production cost of the enterprise. Therefore, attention should be paid to the cleaning of the cooling passage.For hot runner mould, the maintenance of heating and control system is very important to prevent the production failure.Therefore, after the end of each production cycle, the belt heater, bar heater, heating probe and thermocouple on the mold should be measured with ohm meter. If there is any damage, it should be replaced in time, and compared with the mold resume, make records, so as to timely find problems and take countermeasures.

4, to pay attention to the mold surface maintenance, it directly affects the surface quality of the product, the focus is to prevent corrosion, therefore, the choice of a suitable, high quality, professional anti-rust oil is particularly important.After the completion of the mold production tasks, according to the different injection molding should take different methods to carefully remove the residual injection molding, can use copper rod, copper wire and professional mold cleaning agent to remove the residual injection molding and other sediments in the mold, and then air dry.It is forbidden to clean iron wire, steel bar and other hard objects to avoid scratching the surface.If there are rust spots caused by corrosive injection molding, use the grinding machine to grind and polish, and spray professional anti-rust oil, and then put the mold in a dry, cool, dust-free place for storage.
