Plastic mould structure parts
1, composition
The structure of blow mold, cast mold and thermoforming mold is relatively simple.
The structure of pressure mold, injection mold and transfer mold is complex, and there are many parts that constitute this kind of mold.
Basic parts:
(1) molding parts, including die, punch, all kinds of forming core, are molding products inside, outside surface or on, under the end face, side hole, side concave and thread parts.
(2) supporting fixed parts, including mold base plate, fixed plate, supporting plate, pad block, etc., to fix the mold or support pressure.
(3) guide parts, including guide column and guide sleeve, to determine the relative position of mold or push mechanism movement.
(4) pull out core parts, including inclined pin, slider, etc., in the mold open to draw out the activity of the core, so that the products demolded.
(5) push out parts, including push rod, push tube, push block, push piece plate, push piece ring, push rod fixed plate, push plate, etc., to make products demoulding.The injection mold adopts the standard mold frame, which is composed of the basic parts which are standardized and serialized in structure, form and size, and the mold cavity can be processed by itself according to the shape of the product.The use of a standard die frame helps to shorten the molding period.
2, the role of common mold parts
Mold base plate (panel) : fix the front mold on the injection molding machine.
Runner plate (nozzle plate) : remove the scrap handle and make it fall off automatically when the mold is opened (three-plate mold).
Fixed mold plate (A plate) : the front mold part of the molding product.
Moving die fixed plate (B plate) : after molding the product part.
Block: die foot, which is used to allow enough space for the roof to move.
Push plate: push the product out of the mold by pushing out parts such as push rod, push block and inclined top.
Moving die base plate (bottom plate) : fix the rear die on the injection molding machine.
Guide post and guide sleeve: for guiding and positioning, assist front and rear die opening, and die and basic positioning.
Support column (support head) : improve the strength of B plate, effectively avoid the deformation of B plate caused by long-term production.
Roof guide column (centosi) : push plate for guiding and positioning to ensure smooth ejection.
